Flower Inspiration

How do you capture a flower in a quilt?  That is an interesting question.  But here are some flowers to inspire you today.



And a good giggle from a sign above the register at Hancock's of Paducah.

    You can SUGGEST the subtleties by using the Posterize function in your favorite photo editing software, until you reduce the image to a level of simplicity you feel like you can applique without going crazy.
