  1. Hello Suzy!

I am interested in your lovely new book but it seem a difficult to find much information about what is in the book...other than reading that it has a chapter on choosing fabrics.

Is there a place that has more information on how many blocks are included? Previews?
I checked the AQS site and Amazon as well.

Can you tell me if your blocks would be user friendly for hand applique?

Thanks so very much and congratulations on creating such an eye catching book!

    1. Hello!

There are 12 blocks in the book. I love both hand and machine applique and they would be doable quite easily. The 12 blocks are those that are on the cover of the book.

Above is a link AQS shared with pictures of most of the projects in the book.

Let me know if you need anything else :)

  2. Just tried to register for your Feb 19 class in Prescott on free motion quilting but class is full. Are you teaching this any where else in the cities or planning another class in Prescott. There were at least 3 of us interested.

    1. Angle brushes and Lumiere paints. Yes, they are heat set. I haven't tried blocking one with paints, so I'm not sure. Thanks Sharon!

  5. Hi, Suzy! I just followed pinterest to you and I am besotted! I am particularly attracted to the Modern Mini Applique project. Is there by any chance a way to access the patterns? They are quite fabulous and I want each and every one! Also, how big are the blocks?

I am so looking forward to hearing from you!
