Clam Flower #14 - Part 1

The last Clam Flower!  Amazing.  These blocks were so much fun to make.  I guess I need to decide what to make next!?  The possibilities....on and the putting together and quilting too.  

Here's the start.  I had fun putting a purple accent on these green leaves.  It gives them a little sparkle.

And the back of layer 1.

Here's layer two.  If you look at the flower at the top, you can see that the blanket stitching doesn't go all the way around.  That was intentional as another piece is going to come on top so it didn't need to be stitched.  It would just add extra bulk.
