Minnesota Quilter's Show Day 4

Day four was a blast!  We started out with a free motion filler class called Filler Pizzazz where we talked about how to make free motion designs your own.  Check out my student's work!

The second half day class was beginning paper piecing.  We had a blast!  And I learned that a full day class would really be better.  Good to know!  They all learned the process and were happy with their blocks.

Minnesota Quilters Show Day 3

Today was so much fun! I taught beginning free motion machine quilting. At the start of the class I had anyone who was afraid of machine quilting raise their hand. More than half the class did. They all left happy and feeling better and more comfortable with their free motion skills. It was such fun. Here are some pictures from class.

Iris Inspiration

My son and I went on an Iris hunt today as we walked through our neighborhood.  It was fun!
