Layer 3. You can see that I use a blue water soluble pen to mark my applique designs on the fabric. I also thread baste my pieces instead of using applique pins.

ReplyDeleteI can't seem to use the blue washout pens here, they fade away too quickly as there is high moisture in the air of subtropical Australia. I use the ARtline green fineliner and it washes out even after ironing. (just in case, it's good to know this sometimes!)
